My presentation went well--book talks for teens. There were about 40 people in attendance.
I goofed and read the wrong chapter for my group assignment. Good thing I realized that now before we met. I had to go to the library on my day off to get a couple of books for a paper for the same class. So bothersome to go on my day off, but it was on the way to the coffee shop...

Congratulations on the presentation. It is sad how working at a library can make you want to avoid them on your days off. I spent a lot of recreational time at the public library before I worked in one-- absolutely none since.
*chuckle* I was a slacker and hardly read anything for class assignments, so I would have fallen for the same boat.
I'm in the same boat with coming into work on my day off, but when Little Blue wants to come, it's hard to find a way to say "no, you can go have a good time at the library! no sir!"
